are happy with our service moving forward.

- Our Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE);
Citrix Certified Administrators (CCA); Novell
Certified Network Engineers (CNE) and Apple Product
Professionals (APP) make our staff some of the

support on an “as needed” basis.
A Support Plan is a discounted pre-purchased
pack of credits. You are billed once for the
Support Plan and all service related charges
are billed against your account. Ask about
